Built on Next.js Edge Runtime with Cloudflare D1, KV, and R2, integrating Stripe Connect for split payments and a QR-based pickup system. Runs on 47 incremental schema migrations applied without downtime.

ChallengeA shared multi-vendor platform must guarantee strict data isolation — one seller must never be able to query or view another seller's orders, inventory, or settlements.
ArchitectureEvery seller gets a fully isolated dashboard, enforced at the schema and query level. Payments route directly to the seller via Stripe Connect, with commission withheld automatically at the payment layer.

A native Android app that reads the rideshare screen via local OCR, runs a real-time profit-calculation engine, and delivers the result by voice — backed by cloud sync and a full internal operations dashboard.

ChallengeRideshare apps only surface the gross fare. Computing true net profit — fuel, wear, commission — in real time, without touching the driver's account or its data, requires reading the UI externally and safely.
ArchitectureRuns passively alongside the rideshare app, using on-device OCR to read fare offers and a local calculation engine to compute net profit, delivered through text-to-speech — no access to the driver's rideshare account at any point.

A mobile app (iOS + Android) that automatically tracks prices across Romanian online stores and notifies you exactly when a price drops below your threshold — built with the same discipline as the live products above.

ChallengePrices at eMAG, FashionDays, Notino, Altex fluctuate constantly, but nobody has time to check manually every day.
